Washington, D.C. – Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (NJ-11) today expressed his “strong objection” to the Obama Administration’s latest budget request for the ongoing Port of New York and New Jersey harbor deepening project, noting that the harbor deepening has been a project of ‘National Significance’ since the events of September 11, 2001.
